I save email updates under the "new document" template in each case file. They disappear sporadically. Sometimes I go back in to check the document after I see the update "changes saved" before closing, and the last email I pasted in is not saved. Sometimes it does. Sometimes I have saved 2-3 emails on different occasions, checked and found that they had saved, then I leave the program. When I come back later to add a new email to the document, the previous 2-3 emails are not saved there anymore.
Please advise. It is becoming extremely difficult and time-consuming to update the "new document" feature to have a continuous document.
